Dear Hotel staff,
It is my sincere first mail to you about my schedule as per the subject.
This Saturday, we are going to change to a ordinary train from Hua Hin and arrive at Pran Buri early afternoon.
As you are introducing at your site, in case fo "By train" you can pick up us at this station.
And we will call up you to reach your resort.
Moreover, can we use the electric pot in the booked room?
Because we like to drink Green tea frequently by ourselves.
Your kind preparation will be much appreciated.

Hi
We can arrange a taxi for you if you like if you call us. we dont do pick ups form the station. a taxi from hua hin station will be about 600b and from pranburi about 400b.
We dont have water heater in the room but you are welcome to have free hot water from our restaurant . Thankyou

We may choose our getting on Taxi at Hua Hin in order to save time for earlier arrival.

In that I have been exchnaging the letters with Resort Hotel for now so as to enjoy my holidays with my wife, we will be able to start out to Khao Sam Roi Yod tomorrow. We already finished the packing and all being left is only to have good sleep for DOSANKO-SHACHO.
